1. Purpose and Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made with SARL DU BAILLY, operating Aside establishment located 18 Rue Jean Moulin, 21300 Chenôve. They govern the relationship between the establishment and its guests.

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are made via our website or through the interface of our partner Thaïs PMS.

• Tourist tax : In addition to the accommodation rate , a tourist tax of €1.87 per adult per night is collected on behalf of Dijon Métropole.

• To be confirmed, all bookings must be accompanied by a bank guarantee or prepayment, depending on the selected rate.

• Rates are quoted in Euros, all taxes included, excluding the tourist tax applicable in Chenôve.

3. Cancellation and Modification Terms

• Flexible Rate : Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. Beyond this deadline, the first night will be charged.

• Non-Refundable Rate : In the event of cancellation, the total amount of the stay remains due to SARL DU BAILLY.

• Any no-show will result in the full amount of the stay being charged.

4. Stay and House Rules

• Arrival (Check-in) : From 3:00 PM / Departure (Check-out) : Before 11:00 AM

• Capacity : The number of occupants may not exceed the capacity specified for the booked apartment type.

• House Rules : The establishment is strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.

• Damage : Any damage noted in the apartment will be subject to repair and restoration charges.

5. Liability and Disputes

In the event of a dispute, and following the failure of an amicable settlement attempt, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the registered office of SARL DU BAILLY (Dijon).
