7. Public Funding

The complete renovation project of Hotel Apartē received financial support from the Région Bourgogne-Franche-Comté amounting to 180 000 €.

8. Visuals and Promotional Photography

As part of its opening and renovation phase, Hotel Apartē uses provisional visuals on its website.

These images, intended to illustrate the standard and future layout of the rooms, were created using 3D modeling and artificial intelligence tools. They serve as atmosphere suggestions and are non-contractual.

The establishment undertakes to replace these illustrations with actual photographs as soon as the fit-out works are fully completed. Consequently, minor differences may exist between these presentation visuals and the allocated room, without constituting a lack of conformity, provided that the essential services remain guaranteed.
